Task Force Status: AMTA presented state recognition operational plan at State Meeting (02/11). Task force reviewing state regulations, gathering information on recognition of related professions, and will soon begin process of creating a fact sheet and contacting legislators. Currently drafting Sunrise Review proposal for Board of Health Professions. Delegate Garrett attended state meeting in September 2013 to connect with music therapists and educate them about legislative process. Facilitated a Hill Day in February 2018.
