During your provider status you can submit additional opportunities at any time in your CBMT account. Below is a video on how to submit additional opportunities in your CBMT account. Please review the Promotional Materials Checklist prior to submission. All opportunities are approved for a one-year period and require renewal each year.
At the end of the two-year provisional cycle, you may apply for five-year status. You will be audited as part of the process, and upon successful completion of the audit and the CBMT Approved Five-Year Application, you will be granted five-year Approved Provider status.
